Slow first. Then snip.

10-minute meet
For new pets, a free 10-minute introduction. They sniff us. We see their coat. No scissors yet.

Bath & blow-dry
Lukewarm water, low-noise dryer, breed-appropriate shampoo. We pause if your pet needs a break.

Cut & clean
Style done in two passes. Nail trim. Ear and paw-pad cleanup. Treat at the halfway point.

Photo & home
A photo of the finished look so you know exactly what to expect. Pickup at the door, or we drop off (north only).

My dog is nervous about the salon. What do you do differently?
We start with the meet — no equipment, no pressure. Sessions go at your pet’s pace; if they tap out, we pause. We never use restraint loops. Many anxious dogs settle by their second visit.
Where do you offer home visits?
Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Khatib, Admiralty. Travel is +S$30 flat for these areas. Other parts of Singapore on request — message us with your address.
How long does a session take?
Small breeds about 75 – 90 minutes. Cats 60 – 90 minutes. Larger or thicker-coated dogs up to 2 hours. We won’t rush a coat to save 15 minutes.
How do I pay?
PayNow on the day, before pickup. Cash also fine. We send a receipt by WhatsApp so you have a record.
